Refund & Cancellation Policy
A clear, consistent 7-day policy for all ARP Broadcast Academy digital courses and bundles.
7-day eligibility window
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of successful payment if the purchased course has not been accessed. For a bundle, none of its courses must have been accessed. Requests received after seven calendar days, or after any purchased course content has been accessed, are normally not eligible, except where required by applicable law or if we cannot provide the purchased access.
Cancellation before access
To cancel an enrollment before accessing the course, email us within the same 7-day window. Because access is digital, there is no physical item to return. If access has already been emailed but the course remains unaccessed, you may still request a refund within seven days.
How to request
Email prasaad2000@gmail.com with subject “Refund request”, your purchase email, course name, payment date and Razorpay payment or order ID. Do not send card numbers or banking passwords. We will check the payment and access status and reply with a decision, normally within 3 business days.
Refund processing
For approved requests we initiate a refund to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days after approval; the bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit your account. If we cannot deliver course access within the stated timeframe or the course is unavailable, contact us so we can resolve the issue or refund you as appropriate under applicable law.
