Shipping & Delivery Policy

All courses are digital. No physical goods are shipped.

How delivery works

After successful payment, we send enrollment and course access instructions by email to the address provided during checkout. Delivery is manual and is completed within 24 hours of successful payment. The three-course bundle includes access instructions for all three courses.

What to check

Please confirm that your email address is correct at checkout and check your spam or promotions folder. Retain the Razorpay payment ID from your confirmation screen for support. You will not receive a physical parcel; shipping charges and shipping tracking do not apply.

If access does not arrive

If you have not received your access email within 24 hours, email prasaad2000@gmail.com with your name, purchase email, course and payment ID, or call +91 97399 96679. We will investigate and arrange delivery or an appropriate refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
